Change Management/Org Psychology Intern/Public Relations ...

EquiVest understands that carefully managing stakeholders in and around us is critical to maintaining healthy relations, inspiring high employee engagement levels, and reaching long term success.

We understand that programs impact internal and external stakeholders alike. We need a team of professionals dedicated to maximizing the experience and enabling desired behaviors of both internal employees and customers external to the company.

In order to do this we need professionals dedicated to measuring the experience capturing impacts, and working through detailed communications, training, and public relations programs.

Interns will have an opportunity to learn the latest change management strategy and techniques being implemented in the Fortune 100 globally today. Tasks and skills learned will include:

Conduct assessments to determine the impact of a project to each affected business area. Prepare the field and home office workforce for changes resulting from completion of a project. Lead changes of culture, approach and processes and is responsible for day-to-day execution of business readiness tasks. When applicable, work with an impacted business area to create an organization design plan; assist with execution of the plan. Create a post-implementation support plan. Maintain a business risk log and determine mitigation steps. Manage, by assigning and escalating issues as appropriate to resolve. Develop training materials and deliver classroom training as needed, Develop job aids, learning simulations and e-learning using appropriate tools.
